Public domain This work has been (or is hereby) released into the public domain by the copyright holder. This applies worldwide.

In case this is not legally possible:
The copyright holder grants any entity the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.

The copyright holder of this image is the Mesa Arisona Convention and Visitors Bureau, which took the photograph and is copyright and rights holder for it. I spoke on the telephone with Milt Fort, who informed me of this and that they have a higher resolution version available. He also said that the lights display has changed and they have a more current version available. I indicated that I'd email him with the details of where to go to upload the image to leave the copyright status completely clear. Contact details are available in a HTML comment on this page, left invisible to make them less likely to result in him getting spammed. Edit the page to see and/or update them. No problem with us using the image and he knows that we want to allow others to use it. Jamesday 23:00, 21 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Congratulations to Jamesday for doing that. Ollieplatt 00:09, 22 Jan 2005 (UTC)
