merveilles is Malice Mizer's third album and the first (and only) to be released on the Columbia label. The band's lineup for the album is Gackt (vocals, piano), Mana (guitar, synthesizer), Közi (guitar, synthesizer), Yu~ki (bass), and Kami (drums). The album is notable for featuring one of only two songs Gackt wrote for Malice Mizer, namely the single "Le ciel". Gackt would leave (or be asked to leave) the band nearly a year after this album.
