Merrylands railway station is a station on the South line, Sydney of the CityRail network. It serves a residential and commercial area. The station has two side platforms.

The station is served by two trains per hour with additional services in weekday peak hours. Cumberland line trains operate only on weekday peak hours.

The side platforms have access to the adjacent streets and are connected by a subway ramp, giving this station limited Easy Access for wheelchairs. Cityrail has plans to upgrade the current station to make it much more accessible to people with disabilities including two new lifts.
