Mercuri method

The Mercuri method refers to the process of displaying a Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail under glass or clear plastic so that the voter may not walk out of the polling place with it. This was described by Rebecca Mercuri in her PhD Thesis at the University of Pennsylvania in 2000.
