Mercer Middle School is a public secondary school in Aldie, VA. It is part of Loudoun County Public Schools. Mercer opened in 2004 to alleviate crowding at Farmwell Station Middle School in Ashburn.

Students from Aldie, Hutchison Farm, Little River, and Pinebrook Elementary Schools feed into Mercer. Students at Mercer finish their schooling at Freedom High School in South Riding.
