Think there should be an article on this, but the text is apparently taken from http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/newsroom/fsmhparity.html. So there may be a possible copyright problem in making it GFDL, until rewritten. --Cedders 08:57, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

There is no issue with the copyright as it a U.S. government document. See WP:PD#U.S. government works -- Whpq 16:25, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
