Melodi Grand Prix Nordic

Melodi Grand Prix Nordic is a music contest for Scandinavian children. It has been replaced by the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, but returned in November 2006, due to a withdrawl from JESC. Partipicating countries are Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Finland and Iceland are not allowed to participate due to language issues. The contestants are between 8 and 15 years old.
Cooperating TV networks are DR, NRK and SVT.

The top three of each national contest competed in running order in the final. The scoring system was based on televoting. The winner was 12-year-old Razz from Denmark.
The presenters were the same ones as in the national selections.
