Melnik Peak

Melnik Peak (Vrah Melnik \'vr&h 'mel-nik\) is the 696m summit of Melnik Ridge in eastern Livingston Island. It was first ascended on 28 December 2004 and takes its name from Melnik Ridge.

The peak is located at 62°36′06″S, 60°09′11″W which is 2.18 km NW of Atanasoff Nunatak, 1.26 km N of Asparuh Peak, 3.02 km NE by E of Mount Bowles, 3.6 km E by N of Hemus Peak, 4.05 km SE by S of Castra Martis Hill, and 7.4 km S of Miziya Peak (Bulgarian topographic survey Tangra 2004/05, and mapping in 2005).
