Melissa Ashley (born August 24, 1978 as Melissa Weiland) is a U.S. pornographic film actress and model. She has appeared on a number of websites, filmed over 70 adult movies and appeared in more than 110 adult videos as of 2005. The name "Melissa Ashley" is a pseudonym combined from her true first name, Melissa, as well as her common internet stage name, "Ashley". She was most commonly credited as "Anne Howe" in her early career.

Melissa was born to Mary Anne Weiland, a 1970s pornographic actress who left the business after her daughter was born. According to Melissa, her mother was open about her experiences in pornography, and she decided to become a pornographic actress herself when she turned 18. Melissa started as a lingerie model in Phoenix, Arizona, where she lived at that time. Her mother recommended that she receive breast implants, but Melissa decided against it and held off pursuing pornography as a career until she was 20. After answering a modeling advertisement in a local newspaper's classifieds, she shot her first nude pictorial.

Melissa's very thin, flat-chested appearance makes her look younger than she actually is, which has made her a popular performer in "teen" and "schoolgirl" sub-genres of adult video. Despite stating on camera an age of eighteen in some videos from this genre, she first modeled for adult websites 1998-99, when she was aged 20.

There are also early pictorials of her when she was pregnant, however she later had a miscarriage. Melissa does not own these pictures, and therefore they are not posted on her official website in any form.
