Melco Holdings Inc. is a pure holding company that holds the shares of subsidiaries involved in various businesses, supports business operations, and carries out integrated administration through directing management. The core businesses of Melco Group involve PCs and the internet.

The Group's principal activity is to manufacture computer peripheral equipment and software. The products of the Group include random access memory products, Flash memory products, USB products, CD-ROM and DVD-RW drives and hard disks, local area network products includes internet terminal business, and printer buffers. The Group is also involved in providing services such as Internet set-up, terminal installation and set-up, education and maintenance. The Group also manufactures liquid crystal displays, Microsoft windows accelerators, personal computer components and CPU accelerators.

Buffalo Technology (USA) is the North American subsidiary of the group and is based in Austin, Texas.
