Tram route 24 is a public transport service in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, which runs from Latrobe Street in the city centre, to North Balwyn. The route only operates during peak times, on weekdays and shares stops with route 30. Like most tram routes in Melbourne, it falls within Metcard ticketing Zone 1.
For services to North Balwyn at all other times, please catch the route 48 from Flinders Street/Bridge Road.

Starts at intersection of La Trobe and Spencer Streets (stop 1), then runs via:
- La Trobe Street (stop 1-9)
- William Street Flagstaff Station (stop 3)
- Swanston Street Melbourne Central Station (stop 10)
- Victoria Parade (stop 10 - 20)
- Barkers Road (stop 21 - 27)
- High Street (stop 28 - 43)
- Doncaster Road (stop 44 - 51)
Ends at Doncaster Road, North Balwyn (stop 51)
