Melanie Smith

Melanie Smith (born December 16, 1962 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA) is an American actress. She is best known for her portrayal of Tora Ziyal in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, the third actress to do so, as well as a recurring role on As The World Turns.
