Mel Read

Imelda Mary Read, known as Mel Read is a British politician, and former Labour Party member of the European Parliament for the East Midlands.
She became an MEP in 1994, representing the Nottingham and North West Leicestershire constituency until 1999.
She stood down at the 2004 European election.
