Mekliganj (Bengali: মেখলিগঙ্গ) is a city and a municipality in Koch Bihar district in the Indian state of West Bengal.

As of 2001 India censusGRIndia, Mekliganj had a population of 10,833. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Mekliganj has an average literacy rate of 61%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 68%, and female literacy is 53%. In Mekliganj, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
