Meikle Earnock

Meikle Earnock is an area in the south of Hamilton, Scotland. Meikle Earnock used to be composed of fields with railways and roads and a few houses but it now has many housing developments. There are just a few reminders of Historic Meikle Earnock remaining. For example, the oldest house in Meikle Earnock burned down about six years ago. There is also a nature trail, next to and behind Woodhead Primary school, which was in fact the railway line but is now a public path leading to Eddlewood and little Earnock.
