Mega-Tokyo can refer to:
- Megatokyo is a webcomic, drawn in manga style by Fred Gallagher and (previously also written by) Rodney Caston.
- Mega Tokyo is a location in many anime and manga. Typically it refers to a futuristic version of Tokyo. One notable (and seminal) animanga featuring it is Bubblegum Crisis, a cyberpunk anime influenced by Blade Runner. Closely related to Neo Tokyo in that the name is an easy way to exaggerate the difference in culture and location.
