Megarachne servinei

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Megarachne servinei is the name given to a small sea scorpion which lived 300 million years ago, during the carboniferous era. It had a twenty inch legspan. Previously, it was once thought to be a giant spider, in fact people said it was the largest spider to have ever existed. However, this was proven to be false.
