Megalyn Echikunwoke (born May 28, 1983 in Spokane, Washington) is an American actress. She is known for playing Nicole Palmer in the first season of 24 and Isabelle Tyler in The 4400.
The daughter of a Nigerian father and a Caucasian American mother,[1] Megalyn was born in Spokane, Washington on May 28, 1983. After the death of her father, her mother raised Megalyn and her three brothers on a Navajo Indian reservation in Chinle, Arizona. Her family includes a brother, Miki.

Echikunwoke has a main role in The 4400 third season as the adult Isabelle Tyler.
She has had guest roles in shows like The Steve Harvey Show, Boston Public, ER, What I Like About You, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, That 70's Show and, most recently, Supernatural. She was also a recurring character during the first season of 24.
