[edit] Request Information
- Request made by: Abe Froman 21:51, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
- Where is the issue taking place?
- Sandinista National Liberation Front
- Vasili Mitrokhin
- Mitrokhin Archive
- Who's involved?
- Abe.Froman and TDC
- What's going on?
- See today's history page for the drama. A Soviet defector allegedly took notes from a KGB archive over 30 years. This information was never verified by primary sources. When this fact is inserted into the article, TDC immediately reverts. This is strange, as TDC quotes from the same article he reverts my quotes from.
- What would you like to change about that?
- The passage should contain information indicating the information is not based on primary sources, and mainstream historians doubt its reliability. This is supported by the same article TDC quotes himself. I offered this compromise. [1]
- Would you prefer we work discreetly? If so, how can we reach you?
- Doesn't have to be discrete.
