Medium chain triglycerides

Medium chain triglycerides commonly abbreviated MCT or MCTs, are medium-chain fatty acid Ester of Glycerol are components of coconut and palm kernel oils and are also found in camphor tree drupes. Medium chain triglycerides major action is as an energy-yielding substrate, really beneficial for those with malabsorption syndromes.
