Worldwide MediaWorks, LLC (known as MediaWorks) is a marketing company that provides ecommerce and distribution to numerous large and small Internet companies. The company imports products that are used as give-aways for promotional offerings.

MediaWorks has launched numerous brands. The company has also worked with some of the largest names on the Internet and offline, including: Yahoo!, Bizrate (ShopZilla) and Osco Drugs.

MediaWorks also acts as a catalyst for new companies and brands. Most notably, the company launched Cellular Safety Commission in 2001 and OfferOutlet in 2002. Cellular Safety Commission provides discounted safety equipment for cellular usage in automobiles. OfferOutlet is a much larger endeavor that offers discounted products and services through its various partnerships. At OfferOutlet.com, customers can actually receive products for free by completing surveys or paying a nominal shipping and handling charge. Through OfferOutlet, MediaWorks was one of the originators of the “Free + Shipping and Handling” marketing concept. OfferOutlet has also design similar programs for partners to use products and services as a marketing tool and add value to their customer relationships.

MediaWorks was founded by Jeff Stibel and Bill Borzage, and later added Peter Delgrosso, Aaron Stibel. The team also helped build Simpli.com (currently owned by ValueClick), United Online (NetZero, Juno, Classmates.com), Interland and Web.com.
