Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan

Meadow Lake is a town of approximately 6,000 people, located in Saskatchewan, Canada. The town has experienced considerable growth in recent years and is technically eligible to apply for city status under Saskatchewan law (which requires a minimum sustained population of 5,000 for city designation), although it remains a town for now.

Meadow Lake's slogan is "Gateway to Pure air and water."
Meadow Lake now has a brand new Tourist Information Centre, which is shared by the Meadow Lake Museum Society, Northern Saskatchewan Tourism, and the Meadow Lake Chamber of Commerce. This is located coming into town on highway #4 South.
Meadow Lake Provincial Park, located about 40 km to the north, takes its name from the town.
