McAllen-Miller International Airport (IATA: MFEICAO: KMFE) is an airport located 2 miles (3.2 km) south of McAllen, Texas. The airport has 2 runways,and one main Terminal with 5 gates and jet bridges ( which are used all year round).

McAllen fulfills its international title with scheduled commercial service to both the United States and Mexico.

  • The airport features a business center, free wireless internet, 2 cafés, a bar, and a gift shop/duty free shop.
  • According to the updated Master Plan for MFE, runway 13/31, will be extended ultimitley to 10,000 ft. A parallel runway will be added. Cargo apron will be on the south side of the aiport expanded. Termianl will be expanded including the concourse to 8 gates including jet bridges. This is for the upcoming 20 years for MFE.
  • Recently early 2006, another Gate and jet bridge was added to MFE's main concourse known as Gate #5. This work was done, dew to the fact for the arrival of Delta Connection.
