Mazzarrà Sant'Andrea is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 150 km east of Palermo and about 40 km southwest of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,670 and an area of 6.6 km2.[1]

Mazzarrà Sant'Andrea borders the following municipalities: Furnari, Novara di Sicilia, Rodì Milici, Terme Vigliatore, Tripi.
