Mazinger

Mazinger is the name of a group of Super Robot manga / anime series by Go Nagai. The series are, in order:
- Mazinger Z (Tranzor Z in the U.S.)
- Great Mazinger
- Grendizer
- God Mazinger
- Mazinkaiser
Note that only the first three series are linked; God Mazinger is related by name only and Mazinkaiser is an OVA retelling of earlier Mazinger stories, based partly on designs created by Nagai for the Super Robot Wars series of video games and also on Nagai's original Mazinger manga stories. Also noteworthy is Dynamic Pro's series Gobarion, which, while not related to Mazinger directly, features a robot suspiciously similar to Mazinger Z...
