Mayfield Salisbury Church, designed by Hippolyte Blanc has been an elegant feature of the south side of the city of Edinburgh, ever since its opening in 1875. It is a parish church in the Church of Scotland.

The Church is located on the corner of West Mayfield and Mayfield Road, Edinburgh, Scotland. It is situated approximately 1.5 miles south of the city centre.

The Mayfield Salisbury Church combines the congregation of the now demolished Fountainhall Church, and Salisbury Church, the Grange, Edinburgh. It was formed on February 7 1993 by the union of Mayfield Church with Salisbury Church, both of which were the product of earlier unions. The United Congregation has its roots in the Antiburghers (1792), Burgher/ United Secession (1828), United Presbyterian (1847) and Free Church (1875). The former Mayfield Church building is used by the present congregation.

The minister (since 2000) is the Reverend Scott McKenna BA DD MTh. The previous minister (of Mayfield Church) was the Very Reverend Dr William Macdonald, a former Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland.

The roll as at December 31 2004 was 750 with a further 45 on the Supplementary Roll.

Since March 2006 Mayfield Salisbury Church has been organised under the Church of Scotland "Unitary" form of constitution, with a Kirk Session but without a congregational board.
