May Hansen

May Hansen (born May 8, 1953 in Fredrikstad) is a Norwegian politician for the Socialist Left Party (SV). She was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Østfold in 2001.

Prior to entering national politics she served as a deputy member for the Østfold county council (1987-1993), as well as being involved in local politics in Moss. She previously worked as a midwife.
