May Day is the unreleased debut album by American rapper Lady May. It was set for a Fall release in 2002 but poor performances from the leading track "Round Up" cause' the album to be pushed back. The CD was never released though but it leaked on the internet.

The CD was primarily produced by Deric D-Dot Angelettie.
