Maxim Sushinski

Maxim Sushinski (born July 1, 1974 in Saint Petersburg, Russia) is a professional ice hockey player. His last name is sometimes transliterated as Sushinsky.

A skillful right wing, Maxim Sushinski was drafted 132nd overall in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota Wild and played for one season with the Wild. However, he has spent most of his career in the Russian Hockey Super League, having played for SKA St. Petersburg, Avangard Omsk, and HC Dynamo Moscow. He played for Russia in the 2006 Winter Olympics, where he put in a good performance with 5 points in 8 games.
