Max & Erma's (NASDAQ: MAXE) is a casual dining restaurant chain based in Columbus, Ohio. It operates throughout parts of the Eastern and Midwestern United States, and was founded by Max and Erma Visocnik. Additionally, every restaurant has a converted bathtub that serves as a sundae bar.

The company owns and operates 78 casual dining full-service restaurants in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Illinois, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. The company also currently franchises 23 restaurants in Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Virginia.

The first Max & Erma's in the German Village neighborhood of Columbus is still operating.
