Mawana is a city and a municipal board in Meerut district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. here Mawana Suger works is also situated in the nort east side of town . there are lot of productivity of sugarcane. many famous person also born here. one of the famous personality of this town mohd Israil saifi. His village name is nidawli. which is very beautyful village. it is on the way the the holy river Ganga. this village of Israil saifi just 6 km befor the river.main occupation of this town is farming of sugarcane.
