Mauléon-Licharre or simply Mauléon (Basque: Maule-Lextarre) is a commune of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques département, in France.
It is the capital of the Soule (Zuberoa) historical French and Basque province.
It is also home to the canvas shoe, the "Espadrilles".
