Maude Victoria Barlow (born May 19, 1947) is a Canadian author and activist. She is the national chairperson of the Council of Canadians.

In 1996, Memorial University granted her an honorary Doctorate of Laws.

In 2005 she received the Right Livelihood Award with Tony Clarke.
