[edit] The recipe
That change doesn't add any information, I know, but it fixes existing information. I've never ever heard about such a way for making matzo bries, and neither does anyone else I asked. And even if this recipe does exist in some small never heard of Jewish community in the dark side of the world, it certainly doesn't make it the "general" recipe matzo bries are made of. If anything, it's one recipe that very few matzo bries are based on. I would've removed it alltogether for that reason, but I figured it'd be seen as pure vandalism. 85.64.182.27 12:47, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
Original research: My mother taught me two eggs per matzo, & we cook 'em up like pancakes & top with either maple syrup or sour cream & jam/preserves. FWIW. --Davecampbell 00:26, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
- Now that everyone has their Passover cookbook out of hiding we can add some real source to this article not have to rely on orignal research! Jon513 18:19, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

- I'm at my mother's now (for Passover) and we were just discussing this topic over breakfast (one guess what we were eating) - turns out she got the recipe from her best friend's entry in her shul's cookbook, and she in turn got it from her family who came over from Russia. So it's basically a matzo latke. --Davecampbell 18:32, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
