Matteo Paro (born 17 March 1983 in Asti) is an Italian footballer. As of 2006 plays for Juventus. He made his Serie A debut in 17 May 2003, losing to Reggina, 1-2, away legs.

Paro was sold to Chievo in 2003 (with Sculli & Gastaldello) as part of the deal of Nicola Legrottaglie transfer. In 2005, Juventus bought back three of them, and sold Paro & Gastaldello to Siena.

In 2006, Juventus relegated to Serie B, and Juventus bought back Paro's 50% rights from Siena.

Paro also holds the distinction of scoring Juventus' first ever Serie B goal, during Juventus' 1-1 draw with Rimini on September 9, 2006.
