Matt Pellman

Having joined WPVI-TV in the fall of 2005, Matt Pellman was assigned to the afternoon traffic reporter position, delivering reports throughout the 5 p.m. newscast. Pellman also fills in the mornings when Karen Rogers is absent or when she is required to fill-in for David Murphy on weather. Once the station decided to break its affiliation with SmartTraveler, a traffic service owned by Westwood One (due to lackluster management and overall poor service), the new traffic provider, Traffic Pulse, filled the shoes of longtime SmartTraveler personality John Valerio with Pellman.
