Mathieu Biron (born April 29, 1980 in Lac-St-Charles, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian professional hockey defenceman.
Biron currently plays for the Worcester Sharks, the AHL affiliate of the NHL's San Jose Sharks. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, First Round, Twenty-first Overall. He is the brother of Martin Biron, who plays for the Buffalo Sabres.
