For the highest court in the Commonwealth, see Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

The Massachusetts Supreme Court is a trial court of general jurisidiction in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Other trial courts under the Supreme Court include, for example: Land Court, District Court, Probate Court and Housing Court.

This is not the Supreme Judicial Court, which is the highest court in the Commonwealth.
