Massachusetts School Building Authority

The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) was created on July 28, 2004, of the Chapter 208 of the Acts of 2004, by the Massachusetts legislature. It is an independent public authority that assesses school building needs in cities and towns throughout the state.
