Route 70 is a north-south state highway in Massachusetts. From its south terminus at Route 9 in Worcester, Route 70 runs north through the following towns:
- Shrewsbury
- Boylston
- Clinton (sharing the road with Route 62 and Route 110)
- Lancaster (north terminus at Exit 35 on Route 2)
Route 70 crosses the following Interstate highway:
- Interstate 290 in Worcester (exits 18 and 20)
