Route 122 is a southeast-northwest state highway in Massachusetts. It runs north from the Blackstone, Massachusetts-Woonsocket, Rhode Island state line to Route 2A in Orange, Massachusetts. Route 122 passes through the following towns:
- Blackstone
- Millville
- Uxbridge
- Northbridge
- Grafton (sharing roadway with Route 140)
- Millbury
- Worcester
- Paxton (sharing roadway with Route 56)
- Rutland
- Oakham
- Barre (sharing roadway with Route 32)
- Petersham (sharing roadway with Route 32)
- New Salem (sharing roadway with U.S. Route 202)
- Orange
