Massachusetts Correctional Institution - Cedar Junction (MCI-Cedar Junction), built in the 1950s, is 1 of 2 Supermax prisons for male offenders in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. MCI-Cedar Junction also houses the Departmental Disciplinary Unit, or DDU.
