This I'm afraid appears to violate Wikipedia:No_original_research. It may well be that all that is said here is correct but atm it's doesn't meet Wikipedia:Verifiability. It all may be worthy of inclusion but unless some of the key points can be backed up with links to Wikipedia:Reliable_sources then I think this may qualify as Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion

Lt Col Charles Barnard Bonham appears in publicly available genealogical records as "Bonham", that is, Barnard is a given name. The author offers no evidence that he is related to the Barnard family.

[edit] "Apocryphal at best"
It appears that this article was recently cited by a defendant acting pro se in a lawsuit involving an unpaid credit-card debt. Apparently, the defendant was trying to prove that a debt-collection attorney who had been pursuing him had retired, although it's not clear why this was important to his defense. Anyway, in Great Seneca Financial Corp. v. Lifeng Lee Hsu, an opinion issued by the Court of Common Pleas for New Castle County, Delaware, the Court noted, among other things, that this article was "apocryphal at best".
At least, I assume the defendant cited to this article, because Googling the phrase "Marquis Testaferrata-Oliver" leads only to this article and the court opinion in question.
Weird.
