I'd hope that somebody in Marin can get a better picture for this page than the current one. The spire is an interesting feature of the Civic Center, but does not begin to really show the building as a whole. It makes it look like a skyscraper or something. I added text on the Haley murder at the Civic Center. I'd welcome additional material or tweaks to the language, especially in terms of how to refer to Jonathan and George Jackson as I am not sure of their relationship to the Black Panthers at the time of the event. I know that there is a big file with a wealth of info and clippings on the attack in the civic center's library, although I don't know if it is digitised.. Cuffeparade 12:23, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
