[edit] Merge

I think this could be happily merged and redirected to the page on her group, shich is itself hardly overburdened with info. As it is, these two are effectively duplicates. Eusebeus 17:25, 19 August 2006 (UTC)

Leave. Someone'll just come along and create a Mariela Castro article again and we'll be back to square one anyway. I'd be happy to allow more time for the development of this page. Particuarily given the high profile of her father at the moment which shows is likely to grow in the next few months.--Zleitzen 00:41, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
Leave. She is not identical with the group and her family ties make her notable enough that, as Zleitzen says, someone will eventually recreate the article if merged. - Montréalais 01:53, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

We can slap a redirect on it meantime and if at some point enough biographical details emerge to warrant a separate article, tant mieux. But for the moment, this is about the organisation she's in. Doesn't a merge make sense? Eusebeus 21:14, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

I would rather this page be left alone and be allowed to develop in the manner of the other Cuban political stubs. Information will come.--Zleitzen 21:47, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

LEAVE She has published 13 articles and nine books. Official programme of the International Conference on LGBT Human Rights and She is also the director of the journal SexologĂa y Sociedad.Bnguyen 20:08, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

I've removed the merge tag as there seems to be very little support. - N1h1l 20:55, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
