Maryland Route 210, or Indian Head Highway, is a state highway in Prince George's and Charles counties in Maryland. Indian Head Highway is an extension of South Capitol Street in Washington, D.C., and this route connects the U.S. Capitol with Indian Head, Maryland. This Maryland state route has an interchange with the Capital Beltway and ramps to and from the southern terminus of Interstate 295, and it is part of the National Highway System as an arterial route from the District line to Maryland Route 228. Going south, the highway passes through the communities of Forest Heights, Oxon Hill, Fort Washington, Accokeek, and Bryans Road. At its southernmost point, Maryland Route 210 ends at the Naval Surface Weapons Center in Indian Head, Maryland.

As of March, 2006, The intersection of Routes 210 and 228 is one of only three continuous-flow intersections (CFIs) in the United States (the others are on Long Island, New York and in Baton Rouge, Louisiana). The CFI was built in 2000.
