Maryland Route 104 is a mile-long north-south route in Howard County. Also known as Waterloo Road, Route 104 serves principally as a connector between state Maryland Route 100, Maryland Route 108, and Maryland Route 103 -- the former a limited access freeway, the latter two arterial thoroughfares.
