Maryland Route 103 is a roughly eight-mile-long east-west route in Howard and Anne Arundel counties. Route 103, also known as Montgomery Road, Meadowridge Road, and Dorsey Road, serves a number of communities and business parks near Linthicum, a predominantly industrial area near Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI).

The route originally ran the entire length of Montgomery Rd. to Elkridge but was diverted to Meadrowridge Rd. and terminated at U.S. Route 1, across from the terminus of Maryland Route 176, also known as Dorsey Rd. After Maryland Route 100 severed MD 176 and took over its interchange with Maryland Route 295, MD 103 was extended over Dorsey Rd. to eventually terminate just beyond Coca-Cola Drive, next to MD 100.
