Mary Emma Woolley

Mary Emma Woolley (July 13, 1863 – September 5, 1947) was an American educator, peace activist and women's suffrage supporter.
She taught at Wheaton Seminary before becoming one of the first women to receive a B.A. from Brown University in 1894. She taught Bible history at Wellesley College from 1895-1900.
From 1900-1936, Woolley served as President of Mount Holyoke College.
