Martin Hašek (born 11 October 1969), is a Czech soccer midfielder. He played 14 matches for the Czech Republic.

In his country he played for AC Sparta Praha. Making a comeback at age 35 to the same club (circa '05).

Brother of hockey great Dominik Hasek.
